Finding Courses
To filter the courses based on category, select one or more options from the Category box. On a PC, you can make multiple selections by holding in the CTRL key while making your selection. On a Mac, press and hold the Command key while making your selection. You can use the same process to filter by the date on which the course will take place. To filter based on whether the course requires a ticket, either select "Ticketed" or "Not Ticketed".
You may also do a text-based search of the course's complete course code (e.g. "ABC 123") or for part of the course's title (e.g. "Cardio") by typing in the "Search by topic or course code" in the upper right.
As you filter the course list, courses are presented in chronological order at the bottom of the page. If more than 25 courses meet the filter criteria, the courses will be split over multiple pages. You can move through pages by clicking the page numbers or arrows towards the upper right of the course listing.
Building Your Schedule
Once you have found a course you would like to add to your schedule, click the "Add to Schedule" button for that course. The course will be added to your schedule, your schedule will be saved on your current computer, and the "Your Schedule" tab at the top of the Schedule Planner will start to reflect how many courses you have added. Please note that your schedule is saved to a browser cookie, so it's important that your browser has cookies enabled and that you do not clear the cookies.
In order to attend a ticketed session, meeting attendees must register for ticketed sessions (free).
You may remove a course from your schedule by clicking the "Remove From Schedule" button that appears once you have added a course to your schedule.
Viewing Your Schedule
Once you have added one or more courses, you can click the "Your Schedule" tab towards the top of the Schedule Planner to view the courses you have selected in chronological order.
